Both cottages sleep six and are a stones throw away from Chesil Beach on the Jurrasic Coastline, a UNESCO World Heritage site. They are conveniently place for guests to enjoy all the facilities on Portland and a good base to explore the surrounding area. The self-catering cottages are close to the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy and Portland Harbour which offer superb on-water activities such as sailing, windsufing, kite surfing, kayaking, diving and fishing etc. For land lovers the island and surrounding areas offer some fantastic scenic walks, cycling, rock climbing and bird watching opportunities. There are many fabulous beaches in the area, which include Weymouth's beautiful safe sandy beach which arcs around the bay. Although, you may prefer one of the gorgeous smaller pebbled beaches on Portland.
